September 8, 2008

Veteran San Francisco Bay Area metallers VICIOUS RUMORS have issued the following update:

"VICIOUS RUMORS will perform a very special classic set for the European tour [see dates below], songs that have not been performed in over 14 years from early albums such as 'Soldiers Of The Night', 'Digital Dictator', 'Vicious Rumors', 'Welcome To The Ball' and the latest release, 'Warball'.

"VR just finished a run of shows in Texas, California, Oregon, Nevada over the summer with great reviews of the live show. This will conclude the 25-city 2008 Hellraiser Tour around the world.

"We have been in pre-production for the new studio CD, to be released next year. So don't miss your chance to catch VICIOUS RUMORS when the VR ball rolls through your town."

Capital Chaos has posted video footage of VICIOUS RUMORS performing the first show with its new lineup at the The Kennel Club in Sacramento, California on March 22, 2008. Watch the clip below.

VICIOUS RUMORS earlier in the year announced the addition of singer Ronnie Stixx (SHADOWKEEP, DIVINE RUINS) and guitarist Kiyoshi Morgan to the group's ranks.
